We transport small boats from coast-to-coast and all points between. We are not brokers – We own our trucks and trailers and are ready to help you move your small boat with our new Dually F-350, Dodge Ram pickups, and new aluminum bunk trailers. Our drivers are friendly, customer service oriented small boat movers and they keep you informed of their progress along every step of the way from loading to delivery. They are boat owners themselves and are always diligent at being extremely careful making your move safe and trouble-free.

As with our Larger Semi-truck transports, our small boat transports are DOT Licensed and Fully Insured to make throughout every State in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Our safety record is tops in our industry. We’re easy to contact and can normally schedule your small boat to be moved within a week’s notice from any location in the country.

When hauling on your own trailer here is a simple list of items to check prior to departing.

Any existing bow and transom straps need to be in strong working order.
Electronics should be removed and stored in a secure location, when possible.
Cushions need to be stored below or safely secured.
Biminis, canvas, and bows need to be secured or stored safely away.
All loose items need to be secured to avoid chaffing damage due to wind turbulence.
Your trailer needs to be licensed or a transporter tag needs to be arranged for in advance.
Your hitch-size needs to be measured so we can prepare for any unusual connections.
Your wheel bearings need to be checked and re-greased.
It is always an idea to have a complete set of spare bearing before starting a long trip.
#2 spare tires is a great insurance policy against dry rotted tires.
We carry many spare parts with us and also have large heavy duty jacks just in case.
Letting us know up-front that there are trailer problems is smart.

Use our New Aluminum Trailers

Yacht Trucking offers our own aluminum triple-axle trailers that are maintained in top condition if needed. Our trailers are serviced with new tires regularly and the wheel bearings are inspected and re-greased after every trip. Our solid bunks that support your boat are padded with soft felt and we always take the time to place soft, thick felt under all tie-down straps before departing on the road.

We also are very experienced oversize boat transporters, so if your trailer can’t make the trip we can offer to place both your boat and trailer on one of our air-ride semi-trailers to make your move. For cross-country transports, this is a smart option because most boat trailers are not designed to withstand the rigors of a 3,000-mile trek that takes you over mountains and through deserts. Their small axles and tiny bears are not strong enough to hold up to the extreme heat that builds due to high-speed road friction. Using our lowboy trailer option ensures that your boat and trailer both arrive in good condition with no additional where-and-tear for you to repair.
